Frequently asked questions

What do I get when I buy?

An instant digital download — usually a set of 3 high-resolution PNG files in 2:3 ratio. They print cleanly at common US inch sizes (4×6, 8×12, 16×24, 24×36) and crop neatly to A-series sizes (A4, A3, A2) for UK, European, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand frames. Some products are a single file or two files; the listing always tells you exactly which.

Do you ship anything physical?

No. Everything we sell is a digital file you download and keep.

I downloaded my file and lost it. What do I do?

Go to /my-downloads, enter your email, and we'll send a 6-digit code. Sign in with it and you'll see all your past orders with fresh download links.

How many times can I download?

Up to 5 times per file. If you legitimately need more — new phone, lost laptop — email support@plumwickpaper.com and we'll bump it.

Do I need to pay for Google Sheets?

No. A free Google account opens it. You can also use Excel, Numbers or LibreOffice — we send an .xlsx file, which all of them read.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Save the file to Google Drive and open it in the Google Sheets app. The columns are sized to stay readable at phone width.

Can I print it?

Yes. Printable planners come as a PDF sized for US Letter and A4. Spreadsheet planners print too, though they are built to be typed into.

Can I share it with my partner?

Yes. It is your file and the people planning with you are welcome to it. What the licence does not allow is reselling it or giving it away publicly.

Can I use it in my business, or sell a planner built from it?

Using it to run your own household or business is fine. Reselling it, or selling something derived from it, is not — email us if you want a commercial licence.

Why don't I get a tracking number?

Because there is nothing to ship. As soon as the payment confirms, your download is live on the next screen and emailed to you.

Why no password? Is that safe?

Yes — and safer than passwords for most people. We email you a one-time 6-digit code when you want to sign in. Codes expire in 10 minutes and only work once. You can't have a "stolen password" if there isn't one.

I want a refund.

Email us within 14 days and we refund it, no questions asked — and you keep the file. We would rather have the feedback than the nine dollars. See the refund policy for the detail.
